When I was a kid, I was really into Comic Books. I love Batman and X-Men the most, but Captain America was also a favorite along with GI Joe.

I read a few Avengers magazines, but never really got into them so I really was not sure of anything with Iron Man. The movie looked cool anyways.

HOLY COW! It was awesome. I love Tony Stark and Robert Downey Jr. was fabulous.

Blake and I both enjoyed it and even stayed till after the credits. What is funny is I had no idea what to expect after the credits and I told Blake during the credits how I was excited about the 2nd movie (cause there is always a 2nd). Then the end of the movie and I got excited about the 2nd movie. GO NICK FURY!

HOLY COW! I just found my childhood best friend (Brian) on Myspace. I was looking at old Jerry Lawler stuff and since that was his Brother-In-Law at one point he was on Jerry's myspace and I was like "COOL!"

So I added him and waiting to hear from him. The last time I talked to him was in 1990 or maybe 1992.

I luv the internetz.

Has anyone heard of a program called "sticky fingers". A friend said she cannot get into your computer and gets this message about Sticky Fingers, but I have never heard of it.

Savannah slept over 12 hours last night. She needed the rest. Took her to the doctor and she still has a little ear infection and the beginning of Strep throat.

She hasn't eaten much all day, but has drank a lot of juice and water. She also have a fever.

So she is on her new antibiotic and will hopefully start feeling better in 24-48 hours. *sigh

I think she got it Saturday. Nice!

Do they make a lysol BOMB?

We have been sick more this year than the past 4 years all together. Savannah woke up off and on since 4am and then started to scream at 7am. She had a 101.5 fever. I gave her motrin and then laid down with her in our bed. She was grumpy and didn't know what she wanted. I got her some juice and then I started to feel off.

I had a 101 temperature and took some tylenol and laid under the covers. She and I both fell asleep and I woke up at 11am. She and Katrina are still sleeping.

I wish Savannah would sleep a lot today to maybe feel better. I hate when she is sick.

I feel flu like again. I got this the last weekend of February and really kinda feel the same again. Not quite as bad as I did in Feb, but pretty crappy.

Luckily Blake will be with his mom today and hopefully he won't get this. Oh wait, his mom is sick too. I think she has just a cold (which is how mine started on Friday). *sigh

Anyone else getting as sick as us this year?

Can someone explain to me the real reason gas prices are now over $3.50 a gallon?

I love that it is so nice outside. Savannah and Ozzy can play while I sit at the table on the deck with my laptop and work. This is the life. I realize there are only a few months in the year I can do this and I am taking advantage of it.

Does anyone know why dogs bury bones?

I bought Ozzy these bones a week ago and I gave him one today and he immediately took it and buried it. Why?

He never pulls them out and plays with them or anything, just buries them.

Man it is nice outside. I love being able to work outside and have Savannah play with Ozzy. She is driving her Cozy Coupe all over the deck chasing Ozzy. Very cute.

I love days like this. She is still afraid of the "Buzzy bees".

Luckily they are the wood bees and won't attack her.

Blake got his school pictures back the other day. He turned 14 yesterday. My how time flies.

Sometime last year, the dawinkins gave Savannah a little Woody doll. It has cloth body, but a hard plastic head, hands and feet. Savannah has always loved this thing, but it has changed.

Last Saturday Night, the dawinkins let us borrow Toy Story 2 (Savannah loves the first one). Well, since she started watching the second one, Woody has become a real live toy. heh!

She carries him around and talks to him and asks him what he wants to do. At night time or nap time, we always read 3-5 books. Well, now Woody has to read them or at least participate in them. We have a lot of books that are like I Spy or little flip books that you find things and Woody has to find them. After we read and pray she tucks Woody into bed, I tuck Savannah into bed and then I have to kiss Woody goodnight and then Savannah. Very cute. She is very adament also about making Woody a part of the routine, because if I don't she says "No, kiss Woody" or "Woody reads".

She is now eating breakfast and Woody is sitting at the table with her and she is pretending to feed him. I wish my camera phone wasn't dead. *sigh

This really blew me away.

Yesterday I could not get motivated. We did get the back yard cleaned up and it was a great day outside.

It is equally beautiful outside today, but I have only set foot outside to get the mail.

I was going to work in the garage, but I just don't want to do anything. What is up with that?

I am going to put Savannah down for a nap soon, maybe I will go sit on the porch and work since it is so nice outside. I do, however, know the pollen is making me cough worse. Maybe that is why I am staying inside.
